How Enrollment Works — Please Read Before Ordering!
Each course license is valid for one (1) student only. One course. One student. One membership login.
TO ENROLL A NEW STUDENT: Select your student's grade level from the drop down, leave quantity set to 1, then click Add to Cart. On the following Shopping Cart page, verify that you have all the courses you want for that student. If you want to add additional courses for that same student, click Continue Shopping. If you are ready to check out, click Check Out.
IMPORTANT: On the Check Out page, enter the student's information — including their first and last name and email address. If the student does not have their own email address, use the parent's email address. This will be the email address the student uses to log in to their membership area.
⚠️ Please Note: The membership area will only display courses purchased under that student's email address. Do not use a parent's email address if that email is already associated with another student's account — this will cause courses to be mixed together incorrectly.
TO ADD A COURSE FOR A RETURNING STUDENT: Select your student's grade level from the drop down, leave quantity set to 1, then click Add to Cart. On the following Shopping Cart page, verify that you have the correct course. If you want to add additional courses for that same student, click Continue Shopping. If you are ready to check out, click Check Out.
IMPORTANT: On the Check Out page, you must enter the exact same first name, last name, and email address that your student already uses to log in to their membership area.
⚠️ Please Note: If a different name or email address is entered at checkout, a brand new separate account will be created and the new course will not appear in your student's existing membership area. If you are unsure what email address is on file, have your student log in to their membership area at app.media4kidz.com and check the email address listed in their profile before completing your order.
ENROLLING MULTIPLE STUDENTS, A CLASS, OR A GROUP? A separate course license is required for each individual student. If you are enrolling more than one student — including siblings, a homeschool group, a classroom, or any other group setting — please do not place your order online.
Email us directly at [email protected] and our enrollment team will work with you personally to get everyone set up correctly.
When you reach out, please have the following ready for each student:
- Student First and Last Name - Student Email Address (this becomes their login) - Student Grade Level - Course Name
Our team will confirm pricing, arrange enrollment, and ensure every student gets their own individual account and login.
⚠️ Please Note: Placing multiple individual orders online without contacting us first may result in enrollment errors and delays. For groups of any size, email us first — we're happy to help!
