Our Videography and Filmmaking video course is designed to cover all the essential elements to becoming proficient and is available in 3 course variations (based on student's grade level [K-5th, 6th-8th, 9th-12th]) to ensure complex concepts are broken-down in simple, understandable, and age appropriate ways. 1. 1. Understanding Camera Equipment:

   • Familiarization with different types of cameras, lenses, and accessories used in videography and filmmaking, such as DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, and stabilizers.

   • Learn how to operate camera settings including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and focus to achieve desired visual effects.

2. 2. Cinematography Techniques:

   • Study the principles of cinematography, including framing, composition, camera movement, and shot types (e.g., wide shots, close-ups, establishing shots).

   • Explore lighting techniques such as three-point lighting, natural lighting, and mood lighting to create visually appealing and cinematic scenes.

3. 3. Audio Recording and Editing:

   • Understand the importance of high-quality audio in video production and learn techniques for recording clear and crisp audio using microphones, recorders, and boom poles.

   • Acquire skills in audio editing and mixing to enhance sound quality and balance dialogue, music, and sound effects in post-production.

4. 4. Scriptwriting and Storytelling:

   • Learn the fundamentals of scriptwriting, including screenplay formatting, plot structure, character development, and dialogue writing.

   • Develop storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and engage viewers emotionally and intellectually through your films and videos.

5. 5. Video Editing and Post-Production:

   • Gain proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to assemble footage, trim clips, add transitions, and create visual effects.

   • Master techniques for color grading, sound design, and adding titles and graphics to enhance the overall look and feel of your videos.

   • Learn how to plan and organize video shoots effectively, including creating shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules.
